2. No Investment or Financial Advice
All reports, vehicle scores, analysis outputs, and jury verdicts provided by Arabal AI are strictly for informational and educational purposes. While used cars represent financial assets, none of our analyses constitute investment, financial, or purchase advice. Any buying decision is solely at your own risk.
3. Data Sourcing and Scraping Restrictions
Arabal AI does not scrape, collect, or fetch vehicle classified data programmatically from third-party websites. All artificial intelligence assessments are made using screenshots of listing details uploaded directly by the user or technical specs typed manually into our forms. Entered URLs are used solely as user-facing references.
4. Pre-Screening Only & Physical Inspection Required
Arabal AI is a filtering and pre-screening helper app. Visual AI analyses cannot detect hidden engine issues, internal wear, or chassis alignment defects with 100% certainty. Arabal AI does not replace a professional hands-on mechanic inspection or ramp lift. Users must always perform a final physical inspection before purchase.
5. Abuse and Commercial Usage
Users may not exploit, automate, or reverse engineer Arabal AI services. Commercial redistribution of AI jury verdicts without authorization is strictly prohibited.
